Bezglutenowe ciasteczka pani Marzanny
Składniki:
- masło klarowane 100g
- cukier trzcinowy 100g
- mąka bezglutenowa (uniwersalny koncentrat lub np. mąka kukurydziana) 120 g
- jajko 1 szt.
- karob 25g
- soda oczyszczona 1/2 łyżeczki
- gorzka czekolada 2 tabliczki (70% kakao)
Przygotowanie:
Wymieszać w jednej misce mąkę, karob, sodę oczyszczoną. Posiekać czekoladę na małe kawałki, odstawić na bok. Miękkie masło utrzeć z cukrem na puszystą masę, dodać jajko i nadal ucierać mikserem masę, następnie dodać mąkę, karob, sodę oczyszczoną i delikatnie na najmniejszych obrotach miksera wymieszać. Następnie dodać kawałki czekolady i wymieszać łyżką. Ciasto wykładamy łyżką na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia – robimy duże odstępy między ciasteczkami gdyż podczas pieczenia dość mocno rozlewają się na boki. Ciasteczka pieczemy w temperaturze 180 stopni przez około 12 minut. Po upieczeniu pozostawiamy na chwilę ciastka na blasze – są zbyt miękkie zaraz po upieczeniu. Pychota :).
